We use your information to calculate charts, generate readings, process unlocks, deliver digital products, show report history, provide support, protect the service, manage VIP benefits, and improve Celestial Bazi.
Payments
Payment is handled through PayPal. We store order status, amount, currency, and provider order identifiers. We do not store full card numbers or PayPal passwords.
Reading Boundaries
Reports are cultural, symbolic, reflective, and entertainment experiences. They are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, immigration, or safety advice.
Data Retention
We retain reports and order records so you can access previous readings and so we can manage support, accounting, VIP benefits, refunds, and abuse prevention. You may contact us to request deletion where legally possible.
